Rory Cain is 34 years of age and has spent the past 13 years working with computers. Following completion of a degree in Avionics from the University of Glasgow, Rory has worked as an Air Traffic Control Radar Engineer and a Satellite Communication Systems Design Engineer.
Constantly exposed to computers and the problems they pose, he has built up a vast knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and fixing computer problems.
